In this tutorial, I'm gonna show you how to edit a picture like above.
1. Open your photoshop.
2. Open your picture.
3. Right click and duplicate layer (x)
4. Click filter > Sketch > Halftone Pattern (x)
5. Switch the layer into darken or anything suitable (x)
6. Delete the person in the layer.
7. Add some coloring and you're done.
Save your photo and you're done.
